Device/Component Selection & Integration
It is extremely important to select the most appropriate device and components for the desired functioning of the target application. The wide experience of our solutions team cutting across a variety of applications provides requisite knowledge of carefully selected functional devices and components.
Controller Design
Our team of engineers are capable of designing 8bit to 32bit microcontrollers. Experience with FPGA based controller is also available. Some of the commonly used controllers are from ST Micro & Microchip. The development cycle includes hardware selection, schematic development, PCB design & embedded firmware development.
Cable/Wire Harnessing Development
A wide range of cables and wire harnessing capabilities for data and power is available in-house. Additionally, customised harnessing designs for products are developed at our facility.
Power Supply Design
Our team has developed a wide range of power supplies to meet specific equipment needs. SMPS ranging from 30W to 600W have been designed keeping the availability of power and its quality in mind. These designs have been tested to several safety norms including BIS, IES and UL certifications.
